You did well Always reject incoming request. When I receive an update notification, I reject it and go to your existing website (whether Java, Adobe, AVG, Web) and look for updates to download. Do not trust anyone! There are a lot of fake spammers out there.

I received a message on my laptop asking if I could send product information to HP to check my warranty status.

Is it real and secure or is it some kind of fraud?
