The answer is very wrong. 20/15 Vision means you can see better from a distance than 20/20. This means that at 6 meters you can look like a normal person at 5 meters. It says nothing about reading the rules. With 20/15 vision, you will not need to read well unless you are over 40 years old and have presbyopia. In fact, having a 20/15 vision is a great thing.
